| These holiday events are easy to plan for and throw of you know what kind of party supplies by theme you are going to look for and where you plan on going to get them. It’s important to have a creative planning stage before each party during which you’ll sit down and decide on the theme of your event and how your party supplies will look. Christmas During Christmas the dominant colors are often red and green. This makes it extremely easy to pick out the supplies for your theme. You may decide to have an accent color like gold, silver, or an earth tone, but the prominent colors will usually be red and green. You can almost always find plastic tableware and silverware in those two colors. Garlands usually strung around the Christmas tree can also be hung around the room, tables and the mantle place if you have one. Party favors should be anything that is associated with the holiday. You can even make up little felt Christmas tree ornaments in the appropriate colors for your guests. Easter Easter is chock full of ideas for the theme of your Easter celebration and thus for your party supplies. If the party is going to have a lot of kids then you might focus on getting supplies featuring the Easter Bunny. You can find inflatable bunnies to scatter around the party. Tablecloths with the bunny and lots of Easter eggs and so on. Those who will be holding the party for more religious reasons might focus more on the pastel colors of Easter. Plates and napkins in soft pinks and purples. Yellow tablecloths and maybe even some early spring flowers in an arrangement on the buffet table. Thanksgiving The turkey is the centerpiece at this table and lots of guests love going to homes that are decorated with a turkey theme for the holiday. You can find expandable turkey decorations to be hung form the ceiling. There are wall decorations that you simply tape up. You can also focus more on a harvest theme if this will be a more grown up party. Create your own cornucopia filled with corn, fruit, and nuts. Garlands of plastic or paper leaves can accent the walls. And lit candles work well to create mood. |
